The new PA-25-2000 and the PAX-25-3000 Spray foam insulation and coating machine's from PMC is an economical way to get started in the spray business. The new machines feature standard, 7500 watt total heaters with optional heater upgrades. The new units are air driven with a 7" air motor that drive's the proportioners vertical pumps up to 25lbs/min at 2,000 Psi or 3,000 Psi at 1/3 gpm. Other features include open frame design weighing just 265 lbs, re-settable stroke counter, air cylinder safety shut off, digital automatic temperature control, state of the art reversing valve, over temperature safety shut off, hose transformer tap settings. The PA and the PAX spray machines have the capability of up to 310ft of heated spray hose. NEW FROM PMC! THE NEW PMC PH HYDRAULIC MACHINES:
The new PH hydraulic series spray foam and coating machines are available in four models. The newly designed proportioners features a redesigned electric console, NEMA 4 Switches, New reversing system, Point to Point wiring, Digital automatic temperature control, open frame design, heater pressure range and ratio options, automatic iso lube system, hose heat tap settings. The units are available in 220V 1Ph and 3Ph. The PH-25-2000 and the PHX-25-3000 models have optional 8Kw, 10Kw and or 12Kw fluid heaters. The PH-40-2000 and the PHX-40-3500 models come with optional 15Kw, 18Kw and or 21Kw fluid heaters. The PH machine series range in outputs up to 40 lbs/min at pressures up to 2000 psi and outputs to 2.5 gpm at pressures up to 3500 psi. The PH-25 series has a heated hose range of up to 310ft and the PH-40 series has a heated hose range of up to 410ft. Another unique feature with the new machines is the new cycle counter. The newly added counter allows the user to preselect the amount of material to be used in strokes per gallon allowing the system to halt prier to running out of product. PMC CLASSIC SERIES HYDRAULIC MACHINES:
The PMC Classic Series GH-25 and GH-40 proportioners feature a hydraulically driven machine capable of high-pressure and high-outputs for application of a wide range of plural component foam and coatings. The Classic Series features the time proven relay logic control system (relays and breakers). This series of machines is built with the PMC new improved positive displacement horizontal pump line. Pumps are available in various standard configurations to provide specific fixed ratio of ranges. These features ensure many years of high performance, maximum durability, and minimum maintenance operation. In addition, these machines incorporate the PMC high efficiency mass style heaters, an open frame design for easy access to all service areas, a large hydraulic reservoir to ensure adequate cooling of fluid to prevent premature failure of hydraulic components, no need for external cooling, simple tap setting system for matching hose heat transformer settings with hose length and no printed circuited control boards to fail in the harsh urethane environment.

PMC-A SERIES AIR DRIVEN MACHINES:
The PMC-A series air driven machine's are configured with a horizontal pump line that helps to eliminate uneven loading
during the pumping cycle. These machine's are capable of many different types of plural component foam and coating applications. Digital controllers allow the operator to precisely program the set temperature to suit the chemical system being used. Used in concert with the Newly Designed PMC Temperature Sensing Unit (TSU), the PMC-A Classic Series will provide accurate and consistent Hose Heat to insure the most effective yield for your product under varying conditions. Capable of up to 310ft of heated hose provides the applicator with a small footprint machine that is compact, lightweight and mobile.
